FreeGeo Mathematics 2.1

FreeGeo is a dynamic geometry system available for Android devices that optimizes interactive Geometry, Algebra, Statistics, and Analysis for touchpads. It boasts a wide array of powerful features and was the recipient of the prestigious German award "Preis des Bundespräsidenten Jugend forscht 2013."

Users can effortlessly create geometric constructions and manipulate them by moving, scaling, or rotating with one or more fingers. The Freehand mode allows for the additional creation of various shapes such as lines, circles, squares, rectangles, and more by simply drawing them on the screen. The system will recognize the drawing and generate the corresponding object; for instance, users can draw a freehand circle through three defined points to construct their circumcircle.

Moreover, FreeGeo offers a diverse toolkit with 70 tools to facilitate the development of intricate mathematical projects. Users can add different elements like points, circles, lines (including Perpendicular bisectors, Orthogonal lines, Tangents, etc.), conics, angles, functions, and more to their constructions.

Furthermore, users can define functions and parameter curves for display, integration, or derivation. They can create analytical objects like tangents and circles of curvature or enhance their creations with sliders, text boxes, and checkboxes. The FreeGeo Computer-Algebra-System allows for exact calculations such as solving equations.

FreeGeo extends its utility beyond mathematics into other scientific disciplines as well. Users have the ability to perform statistical calculations using a variety of regression methods to interpolate given data points.
